Most consultants advise from the outside. FT Consulting Partners was built by someone who transformed organizations from within.

Our Principal Consultant built her career of 10+ years inside complex organizations, rising from hands-on practitioner to Continental Senior HR Project Manager leading large-scale initiatives across North American operations. Her early years were defined by proximity to the workforce, partnering directly with employees and leaders in unionized and non-unionized environments across hospitality, animation film and media, HR consulting, manufacturing, and global supply chain and logistics. This foundation shaped a practitioner's understanding of how people systems truly function and where transformation creates the greatest impact.

Clients receive direct senior access, practical solutions grounded in real operating experience, and a partner who anticipates challenges before they surface. As her responsibilities grew, she led enterprise-wide programs touching thousands of employees across Canada and the United States, delivering measurable outcomes in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce optimization, leadership development, and employee engagement. She operated as a strategic business partner and solution designer, developing tech-enabled, AI-informed HR programs that modernized people operations while keeping the human experience at the center.

Her credentials reflect this integration of people expertise and operational discipline: professional certifications in Human Resources, Project Management, Change Management, and Agile (Scrum Master). This combination enables her to bridge people strategy, business strategy, and modern HR technology with confidence.
