1. Informational purpose only

The Site and its content are provided for general information about FT Consulting Partners and our services. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, financial, or consulting advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any unlawful manner or in breach of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • introduce malicious code, scrape, or place undue load on the Site;
  • misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

5. Submissions

Information you submit through the Site (for example, a proposal request) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the Site that you do not wish to share before an engagement agreement is in place.

6. Third-party content and links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and reference third-party research and statistics. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties, and such links do not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FT Consulting Partners and its principals, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
